This is the 3rd layout and for the preview gallery I thought instead of having a different panel... the user could click on a contributor's name and the image could pop up instead (see image 4). oohh, i like the lightbox. i use that on my site too. umm....i'm going with 1, though i like 4 too.

yeah i can combine lightbox with any of the layouts and keep the thumbs if everyone agrees.

2! But i agree with Dan about maybe integrating that effect. Will there be just the small link on the Fakeheads homepage to this page, or will there be a banner? I think a medium size banner would be nice.

i like how 1. has it all in front of you as the page opens, but 2 is just as good, although i think it looks a little bloggy
